After you have selected your tickets and completed the credit card payment, you will get a seperate e-Mail with a pdf-file. Please take your smartphone with the pdf-file or a printout of the ticket with you when you visit the BEAR SANCTUARY. 

Unfortunately, we do not have the means for a contact-free entrance at the moment. You have to show your printed ticket or the ticket on your smartphone app to our staff at the ticket office. They will validate it for you. Please have your ticket ready when you enter the ticket office in order for the validation process to be carried out as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not have a fast lane for visitors with online tickets. Waiting times in front of the ticket office are usually short. Our staff will do their best to enable a quick entry.

Yes, you will need to book a day pass ticket separately (per person) in our online shop or at the ticket office on site, if you want to book a guided tour.

At the moment, it is not necessary to book in advance, if you want to visit our sanctuary without a guided tour (no timeslot-booking).
